Sorry people, I haven't had time to check this out since this morning..
I can tell you though, I have just got off the phone to the great man himself.
I'm grateful he does get back to me.. He knows how far in to this thing I am, and it's reassuring to know everything is always progressing, nothing negative!

I will make it clear from the start that everything is water tight at Nor.. Most of the questions I ask Paul are responded to with "You know I can't answer that" or my preferred response of "I really wish I could answer that" (because maybe that means good news?)

Firstly, I've been a bit nervous today.. (yes elee, I have recently introduced some big players to Nor, who would be anxious seeing a CR this morning.. I wasn't expecting them to load up as much as they have, but they know the risks too, and they are aware how far I'm down on them at the moment - I've basically told them I'm expecting deals rolling in, so I believe now is the right timing, and that I think the stock is way undervalued. I thought Nor would wait until at least 1 deal was landed to raise at a higher price, but it appears they are going for the stability, no BS, etc).

Anyway, I don't think there is anything at all to be concerned about.
I still sense the confidence and excitement from Paul, he's even more bullish than before!
With regards to the CR, obviously he doesn't reveal any details to me, but I gather that it won't be at much of a discount to the current 3.9, and it will be structured in a way to encourage investors to remain in the stock.. By that, I'm assuming we will see some sort of option.. and again this is my guess, that there is plenty of big news coming in the near future that would see decent price increases where options would be exercised..
They still have cash in the bank (prob .5 - 1m?), they have approx $1m R&D, they are not "out of money" any time soon. The CR is stability for the next 6 months+, probably so people might stop sooking about cash burn and CR on here!

Paul makes no excuses for the cash position/CR.. and I agree with him. They have spent aggressively to get where they are now. They are very well established and further advanced than we could have expect for such a young company. They would not be in the position they are now (dealing with MASSIVE telcos and corporate companies worldwide), if they hadn't spent $ on development and advertising. They have 4.5m WP customers that Telco's want..
There is no stuffing around, now they are after a CR so they do it, rather than waiting and trying to time it to suit upcoming announcements etc. They know the last CR wasn't done as well as it could have been - the big players just began offloading their holding immediately, as there was such a discount.. So, it's unlikely there will be much discount at all this time!

As Shane has said numerous times, it's still the same "nothing has gone backwards, everything is progressing". All the potential deals are going well, other than taking a bit longer than we hoped. They will get there. It sounds like the response to Corona has been excellent, and hopefully we see some contracts very soon.

I was expecting telco deals by this week, but as I keep hearing.. there are the 7 major potential deals we know about, 1 or more could be imminent, could could be weeks.. Android is coming along nicely, and we will see something shortly.
When I spoke to Shane, I got the impression that we would just see an announcement next week that "cleans up" the CR.. and that was a bit concerning.. but I think Paul is actually intending to have a decent presentation, hopefully including a nice update/future etc. I'm not sure, but might've got a hint that it's all ready to go, sooner than Wed..

Apparently many bigger investors are also very bullish on Nor.
I also called a broker this morning who confirmed they are a holder (not a mad bastard Holla-like holding), and very keen on their future.

I know this post is probably a whole heap of nothing new to everyone, but just thought I would try type something to reinforce some confidence in those on here like Unlucky.
Again, while I receive no details that I desperately want, it's reassuring just knowing how "Bullish" Paul is.
I know he's busting to let me/us all know what is in the pipeline, how close deals are, which Telcos/companies.. but I/we will just have to keep waiting, as frustrating as it is! As much as I want answers, and feel I deserve them!.. It is actually great knowing how professional it all is there.

The benefits I get from a couple of recent calls are basically his confidence, and the fact he is constantly overseas meetings in many countries (surely some serious deals due!), and also that he takes the time to call me (in the car heading to another meeting not long ago, back in Perth today). Basically a half hour call, half of which I'm trying to gauge his non responses to questions I know won't be answered, haha.. as well as getting a better understanding of how things work and where things are heading.
I have a huge respect for him and the company, and personally still think it's the best company to have all my $ in.
Also, forgot to ask Paul for a loan to buy some CR too.. can't exactly afford any more when all my $ is already in there. Really though, I think I deserve some free options..

As far as I'm concerned, big things are coming, just hoped they were already here, ahead of a CR!
Holla is still pumped to smash 10c this month!
As soon as a deal lands, this thing is flying.
There is a lot of interest in Nor.
We will be rewarded soon.. Hang in there.

Sorry to those who think this post is just me rambling about nothing new!
Hopefully it's just some reassurance for some of you...
