We had a CR at 1.2c for this aquisition.
ODN managed to solve the 4m debt.
Now the same SHs experience a consol at 1:35 with CR at 20c.

Well done management. Borrow money from SHs to pay your debts and then dilute their shares by 50% again.
In the process you get 50m CR shares (for each director) while our shares are consolidated to 16m (altogether)

If you can't match the CR price of 1.2 c match the current SP.
If that is not possible atleast make the deal a little fairer.

It's a NO to 1:35 consol.
