re: no nmore due dilligence until deal reached The key word here is "negotiations". It would seem to me that "due dilligence" has been virtually completed, and AGM are saying they will pay the disputed option fee WHEN!! a final agreement is signed. I like negotiators with balls in my court. Hey guys don't panic. I recall seeing somewhere that the leaseing arrangements were only for 3 months anyway... Hopefully the "negotiators" will be adults who will agree to a win/win situation all round, then we can all sing Auld Lang Syne...;-))
