I don't think that ERN and RTM are contestors upon the Hakskeen property. The fifth ERN license that is contested in just north to the Hakskeen Farm and comprises the Klein Spitzkoppe prospect that has a historical resource of about 3.15m lb (some 5Mt @287 ppm). As far as I know it's a local BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) company that is contesting this license area. In my view RTM won't have a chance to get a license in Namibia that covers nuclear fuels.
