Have you never owned stock in a company with an exploration emphasis which has undergone a capital raise?
No one knows the amount, price, intended use of proceeds or any other potentially positive news to accompany the CR details.
The last cap raise was a fantastic result for those who participated.
Not that unexpected and not necessarily that bad.
