What is dissapointing is that I reported the conduct of the directors to ASIC in the hope that investors would be compensated for the pain they have endured. What I got told is that because both times they have been caught by the ASX and have been ordered to repay the money and have done so that they are in the clear. They obviously fail to realise that they only paid the money back because they GOT CAUGHT. By the same reasoning, if I robbed someones house and then give them back the stuff when I got busted I would be all good. I don't get it. I hope that someday they get held accountable for their actions.
