When was the last time an ASX 200 stock halved and went into a 1 month suspension and there weren't director/management changes that followed? It's a foregone conclusion that there will be changes. It's just a matter of who and when. If this week's annoucement is further bad news, I wouldn't be surprised to see it accompanied with resignations. Especially with the looming board spill. Directors/management would rather resign than be voted off.
People questioning the motive of the board spill by Jan, Black Prince and Co. They combined hold 35% of shares. It's in their interests to see the share price increase. Why would they have sinister motives? If I was a holder, I would much rather have a board who represented 35 million shares in the company rather than the current 350k.
