Wasn't the $3.4m payment to GALP rejected?
Obviously I was not involved in that drill's operations personally.
However as a shareholder at the time, we knew they were drilling to a budget and that the drill had no issues in regards to a time frame.
The drill did fail, then for what ever reason GALP was claiming another $3.4m from 88E for overrun costs.
Not sure how you get overrun costs for a drill that was done so efficiently.
Just because one company decides to send another company an invoice.
It doesn't mean it has to be paid, if not justified.
