I've quired the company, stating how perplexed I was about the ability for the director selling that took place after the conference. As expected, the reply I received stated 'SMS is in compliance with listing rules xxx' etc. So im still perplexed and I ponder what ASIC's opinion would be. The problem is, the language used and projected was of certainty and cleary impacted the sp and then they sell.
