Jury is still out for me.
If everything is hunky dory and we're expecting new deals and cash flows etc why do we need to pay consultants in options to the detriment of shareholders?
On the other hand are directors so confident of share price increases that they'd prefer to pay themselves in options that could be far more valuable than any salary increase or bonus.
It's not a big amount of dilution either way but issuing shares and options as payment always smells a little funny in my opinion.
