My understanding is, and correct me if I'm wrong ddzx, I'm new over on this one. Is that the buyers have a smaller find about 10km away and need Akoase for economies of scale, to make a viable operation?
I also read somewhere that the initial deposit required a pay up or else action prior to the receipt, same as has recently happened for the balance. So I'm reasonably confident the sale will go through. Anything else of interest us newer holders may not know about?
