Guys, this is Good news, the market is over reacting. The following is all my opinion only. Denver didn't resign he was forced out by Bevan..nothing happens unless it's what Bevan orchestrates.
I think he has been planning this for a while. I have been suspicious ever since he elevated Vincent English to deputy CEO, why would he do that ? In most companies the deputy CEO is the CFO or COO they are not call "deputy CEO's". I think Bevan recognized the talent in Vincent early on and this is the result...
I also noticed in their last financial report it included very little of Denver's inputs our quotes, although they did have a a bunch of info from Vincent... these two things lead me to believe this was orchestrated.
The market is reacting like the founder resigned..well he didn't. The reason I am long term in this stock is because of Bevan, the technology, the board and the incredible growth prospects. Denver was never the reason I invested.
The board for whatever reason felt that Denver lacked what was needed long term..
