If XPE have not made a huge dent in the inventory build-up in the last quarterly, then this will be the second massive fail under Athan's leadership [the first being the 2 poor CR's].
Athan's bio mentions expertise in manufacturing and logistics [supply chain management]. None of the other Directors mention this expertise. Allocating scarce and expensive capital to an inventory build-up would be a huge mistake if it is not balanced by shipment of product aka sales.
We await the next Quarterly for confirmation on whether Athan made the correct call or not.
