Great reading folks. There again seems to be a disconnect here on the fact this is a company starting out. I have been involved in many a startup. You start with a block of cash, zero revenue and lots of outgoings typically dominated by wages. You then bust your gut to turn that equation on its head. I find the calls for heads to roll a ridiculous notion. It can take years to generate ongoing revenues large enough to support a company. I see no evidence to suggest anyone at XPE is turning up to work just for the "lifestyle" it offers.

Some argue they have had enough time but no one here has been able to define exactly how long it should take to commercialise a new product with some of the largest companies on the planet but only too willing to say that it's should have happened already. I think some here believe that there is a giant switch in the board room with the label "Instant Revenue" under it and find it hard to believe no one at XPE has had the insight to simply turn it on. These will be the same individuals claiming great insight amongst friends in "getting in early" IF XPE bring home the bacon and achieve revenue. Even then I feel some will not be satisfied unless that revenue is measures in hundreds of millions overnight.
