I think it does have that effect. I don't think its ENGINEERED to that effect, which is what I interpret you to be insinuating, but yeah. I would be surprised to see RAP make a single cent of profit between today and its eventual demise but if I actually went to the RAP forum and discussed this with others, I'd get shouted down. So instead I keep the negative opinions I have, to myself, and hang out here where I am bullish on the stock in question
