A win in either of these cases will be definately be positive.
Given current cash on hand, I don't think there will be a CR anytime soon.
If they lose both cases it won't be good for the ST SP or management's image. They'll need to come up with something out of left field to restore credibility.
They also really need to concentrate on their zinc projects and start putting the work in.
Teck move at a snail's pace, but it'll be good to finally get some updates on that JV front.
Those who claim to know the outcome of the court cases are delusional. I'm sure they'll be claiming some sort of intellectual superiority if the cases go their way ...... but it's no different to a child celebrating a win on a coin flip.
It will be good to finally get things sorted and have a clearer direction for the company.
