We should all hope and pray that a sensible take over is going to happen. Anything to release us from most of the the current BOD is to be applauded. SH have been treated very shabbily with botched capital raisings and still the current Board enjoys many perks of a much bigger and more successful company. It's quite simply not on any more....AL in particular has had his chance and has botched the company. Putting the share price graph to our right on the yearly perfomance tab will show in stark reality the wretched journey of what was once a promising company.
