it all depends on how long it takes. but i think that it will settle out of court as im sure it would be good news for the contractor (especially if there also list on the U.S market).
Thus u would find that it wont be so much as a monetay figure but maybe in labour and material for future wells..
but litigation proceedings could amount anywhere from 200k-1mill.
