Precisely, eire, the pressure will come from the surgeons and peer-review (then legal actions for failure of duty of care in the future), Wayne has the team with the contacts and experience, they'd be well aware of the nuances of the market and obviously Wayne et al are well immersed in the process, there's no reason for SHs to 2nd guess or even make suggestions, other than idle speculation and amusement.
Wayne is quite correct, this is a marathon but we are well into the pack atm imho and a few more laps will see us break into the lead. Anyone wanting ST results in the SP will have to bank on vax results imo, and even those are a way off.
I don't discount your lead post, excellent work and tft, but it's going to take time and SHs just have to accept that.
I would be more than happy to be wrong on the timeline of course but I take a conservative position on expectations.
