Yes, I also don't like the differential information available to instos. What's so 'professional' about playing on an un-level field??
BUT, I also know that I held xx% of a company in strife... if this CR now means that I hold a (slightly?) smaller % of a company with greatly improved chances of success, I won't be complaining.
(And indeed, this could even lead to further retail investing, as proposed by other posters)
