Agreed - but it should be considered that the good Doctor and some of the leading U company's are watching DYL very closely - hence there may be some serious manipulation going on with sp.
What doesn't make sense is why now with the 1:12 offer - which as a capital raising exercise is being seriously undermined i would have thought ?
