I don't believe it works quite like that - they send you out an application for allocation - you put down how many you are willing to buy and if they then need to cut back because of over subscription - then they may look at the amount of holding shares in ADN - don't be concerned all will be revealed in due course! But I do believe that once the new company has been floated, there will be a free allocation of shares to existing shareholders of ADN based on your shareholding in ADN - this is a smart way of making sure ADN shares are not dumped after the new float - and ofcourse because ADN does no longer hold the uranium tenaments it will be trading at a lower share price - thus this free allocation of shares in the uranium float is as I see it a "compensation" tactic.
