I am VERY suprised that no one is discussing the gob smacking news from Santos, and how that impacts on AOE, or the parrallels with BUL's equity raising.
All up these developments tell me that despite some pullback in sp's in the sector, the sector is actually hotting up. If I were a future gas buyer, my reaction to the Santos news would be "should have bought gas yesterday" - now everyone is going to want international prices, well at least A$6/GJ like in the west.
Perhaps an initial dip in sp, but then onwards and upwards.
