If it is such a good deal our Mr Rod Baxter should show us some leadership. He should convert his one million (1,000,000) options at $1.94 and sell 60% (600,000) to Mr Gilbertson for $3.30/share.
He will end up with 400,000 shares at no cost and $40,000 in his pocket as change.
I doubt whether Rod Baxter realises it, but the reason the shareprice has gone up is because we opposed the original bid, and brought the manganese prices out into the public arena.
