More to the point is why all the selling?

Someone significant wanted out today at the lowest point it has traded probably in a couple of years.

But really its just continuing the pattern of the past 14 months. Have a look at the Top 20 in the 2016 annual report and compare it to the one just released. You have said that you are in the top 20 and your not Asimwe Kabunga so there's only a handful of people left that you could be because everyone else has left the building. Take Kabunga's stock out of the equation and the other top 19 hold less than 20% of the company.

The fund who put in $4 million at 10 cents is gone ( I remember being berated by you and others when at the time I suggested it must have been them selling) as are plenty of the other (Ex) major holders.

I also suggested when the stock was trading in the 5's that they needed to bite the bullet and rate a large amount of capital. I suggested doing a deeply discounted rights issue at 3 and was abused. 3 looks pretty good to me now.

Instead this "crack" management team left the company running on fumes and were forced to take $1 million in a secured note. And as I and others have posted that money would be just about gone by now. How they plan on raising money now with that secured debt present is beyond me also but that's another topic altogether.

And now here we are with a 1 in front of the price and Trevor Matthews still hasn't bought a share and not one other board member has stepped up and bought a share either.

This management team IMO has driven this company straight into a brick wall and its been obvious that they wee doing so for a year.

So come on directors, how about putting some of that super sized remuneration back into the market and buy some stock. And not some paltry $5k "token gesture" I mean step in and make a statement in a major way. Throw $50k or $100k at it.

Show the shareholders that they haven't been dudded.
