I'm with Z. Don't you guys go more than a couple of hundred k's on hols? The Oz real estate mart is not one market. It is a million regional markets. The "median" market Z speaks about has nothing to do with an individual's experience with a Syd apartment. It's bleeding obvious that you can loose money on RE. I am sure some people who would resent being called stupid lose money on the stock exchange too. It's not what you do; It's when and where you do it!
