There is no explicit restriction in the CN documents that states when they can/can't sell, but it does say they cant convert more than 50% of notes 1&2 until the 20th. My guess is that we have misinterpreted what was said at the EGM to mean they couldn't sell, when perhaps they were only referring to the rules around converting?

Is it possible for them to sell shares they don't own, like shorting? That way if they were -20 million shares, if they get 50 million they'd have 30 million etc?
