Shares are in escrow.... for another 12 months (from memory)...
They went for a $9 Million cap rasing (and the $5.5m shareholder part had the underwriting fall over, due to the credit crunch. XJO falling 15%????)
They wanted the funds to go hard on drilling the Iron Ore....
If they had Patterson (or maybe the chinese) offer them money.... they would probably take it... so they can go harder on the drilling...
