A Michaels closed in north Ryde. A donut king closed in Hornsby Westfield although this reopened some weeks later. I stopped and had a chat to the new "owners" , who were very pleasant, and it seemed that they had been "given" the store ie. they were existing franchisees elsewhere and I assume since the lease still needed to continue from the closure RFG "gave" it to them to keep it running ,,, which does make sense.

I have to say I was a fairly big RFG holder and I have lost money. I fell into the trap of chasing the price down. I got completely out at 2.90 so it could have been worse. There is no doubt RFG have a substantial issue with the domestic franchise network ,,, I have witnessed the closures as mentioned. I do not think RFG is terminal but there is still going to be a bumpy road in the short term. It will be interesting to se what happens when the "big boys " start trading again. My guy feel is the we will still see downside. In coming months and the recent low of 1.60 ish will be tested

I would only consider again at these levels

Why did you get out for ? Price will be back at $3,30 in a year time ?
Don't ever trust your gut feelings thats why you lost money in the first place .
