Fair point. Caution is a good policy.
Fraud allegations are pretty serious though so I'd expect some pretty clear, compelling evidence to accompany any accusation. If false or misleading allegations (malicious or not) lead to a material effect on a company's price the law can be pretty brutal.
Happy for you to post additional info to justify your opinion but it should be accompanied with some clear, verifiable evidence. Online chat forums usually aren't great sources of the truth.
