Did you learn a new word on the weekend?
Your entire post (and others) is based on assumptions that lack fact. There is no reason why a retired AFL player could not be an IT genius. I don't know that he is, but you also don't know that he isn't. In any case the quality of the company will be based on the ability of the people GSW employs, rather than on Joel's specific IT skill set.
If the product GSW has developed is fluff, why would the likes of YUM! and Amazon sign contracts with GSW? Whilst we still have insufficient details about those contracts, it appears to be clear to me that these huge global companies wouldn't entertain the thought of signing anything with GSW unless its product had merit. What we don't yet know is GSW's ability to successfully execute those contracts. For large scale contracts this takes considerable time (18-24 months according to the NAW contract), hence the still low cash receipts that are used to justify rating GSW as grossly overvalued. For what it's worth, I'm in the half full camp whilst the three large contracts remain in play.
