no, different markets. vanadium sloshes about in giant tanks. needs to be big and static. lithium is personal portable. it will replace lithium in terms of grid power but not cars or phones etc.
look up the different battery designs that will explain alot. vanadium will take a massive bite out of the lithium market but not replace it.
