As far as stale holders keeping the price down I think we saw the last of them exit today
Broker data indicates placement sellers have finished and latest data from 10/5 shows State One starting to load up big and only retail selling.
chart has broken out nicely from LT downtrend
I think the next few days could get very interesting as the re-rate begins
