    Yeah there's not much technical risk left from here. The remaining risks are mainly commercial, around whether the stimulated volume is large enough for an economic EUR, how the reservoir reacts under drawdown, and whether the gas saturation is high enough to reach economic rates.

    I wouldn't say that water rates are predictable yet, but once they finish analysing the microseismic to determine stimulated volume, and once they put they well online and can model water rates vs drawdown, then yes the flow rates going forward (both water and gas) should be relatively predictable. I will be modelling them and should be able to get a pretty good idea of commerciality. Keeping in mind that Jaws doesn't have to be commercial in its own right as it's a proof of concept well.

    I'm super stoked with today's price action for long-suffering holders, but I'll stay mostly on the sidelines until I can make an assessment of the commerciality, or until the next CR, whichever comes first.
