Probably a CR. The shiny bums need to keep their pay packets coming in whilst they sit around doing naff all whilst waiting for the SML. I think they may have employed some of these guys a year or two earlier than really required. If not then the CEO should be telling SH what they have been achieving whilst waiting on the Tanzanian Govt decision.
