If it's a bad deal for fxj holders and it probably is as it is scrip and almost no cash, then logic would say it must be a good deal for nine holders so why is nine's price tanking?
I wonder if this deal would have the same support without the three director seats and Hywood taking the opportunity to leave with 8 million.
