How much exposure do you want them to provide??? They only need to provide specific information. They are not going to release sensitive or their inner thoughts to the general public!
The board does the due diligence and makes a decision to invest. Do you really think that they just decide to through money where ever they want??? If you do, then you are a fool.
One minute everyone is singing their praises and the next there are comments such that of above. They are not 'sudo day traders' who find minor amounts of money left, right and centre because there is a 'hunch' or there is a rise in a stock.
Do not blame the board for your bad investment strategy.
