Just 30 years of hard slog.
Others may have ideas about what is best, but if you have an interest, it is just one thing will lead to another and trial and error, mostly error, lol.
I love cycle theories but almost every idea has some merit and if you can combine it all then you have a 50:50 chance of getting it half right.
