2. No set time for issuance, so AUZ can choose periods close to when SP is higher, like when BFS announced;
3. No interest;
4. Funding to finalise 100% ownership of Flemington;
5. No risk to SKI agreement;
6. It’s unsecured.
7. Dilution...show me a publically listed company that doesn’t have it.
I think this funding, when agreed upon and issued, will be used to strengthen AUZ in the lead up to and beyond the BFS. Not sure what I’m missing. And to all those claiming they “lost” thousands, unless you sold, it’s a paper loss. If you’re a trader, well, the last few weeks must suck. If you’re a shorter, we’ll done. If you’re a LT holder, hang in there, waaaaaayyyyy more to come from this baby. Chin up, suck it up and move on.
