Actually, another thought. Does their coming out have anything to do with Niger U's recent move on Kalahari Copper?
Is this a signal to Niger saying "Hey, look how many we hold!"
If Niger controls KAH they then control 36% of EXT. With RAB's 13% you start talking total control.
Interesting times ahead folks.
