We needed a partner to support future developments and they decided that SB was that partner which I accept. At least a loan at 5% is far better than the previous ludicrous one. SB may be the pathway into China. China needs aortic valves on a mega scale. If Medtronic and Edwards are the leaders at $30000 per valve perhaps SB might think that they can produce one at half the price with us on board to supply China? Cochlear and CSL are making tentative incursions into China perhaps SB will be our savour and open up China to us. We need a helping hand with a near death experience. 80% of a viable company is better than 100% of a drowning one.
