The options were recieved for free. People traded them. Some people bought them. Those people who either traded or bought them had until 30 September at 5:00pm (or there abouts) to exercise them otherwise they are gone.
An option is not like a share, it’s an agreed opportunity to buy a share at a certain price before a certain time. If nobody agrees to buy that share for that price befor that time, they disappear.
Those who sold them keep the money. Those left with them lose their money and option (as they expire).
Perhaps I misread. Did you mean who get the money if you exercise the share? Greenland Minerals!
