Yes I do still expect a happy AGM.


The director with the illness issues was the main man who would have been doing a presentation or at the very least been the one to answer questions from other board members.

The terms are set and Board level approved by NLC so no further negotiations will be required or entered into, the opex contribution and bond look like the concessions required to get the deal over the line.

I expect the NMDC board to provide approval before our AGM.

We have sufficient funds to see us through, the Brevet loan was paid out with cash left over and the loan opens up again.

We originally were told NLC first and then NMDC by the end of the month, by surprise it was added to the NMDC board agenda 2 days before their meeting by the director that couldn’t end up making it for personal reasons. The fact he tried is a very bullish sign of them wanting to get this done ASAP, just very unfortunate the personal issues arise.

So I’m not buying into any conspiracy theory.

I don’t know what review you are carrying on about but perhaps you could point to that information as I must have missed it.

I’m only aware of the remaining process which is, NMDC board approval, presentation to Ministers and then signing ceremony.

As far as I’m concerned it’s a done deal which is probably why I am able to keep my emotions in check. Be great if others could do the same
