Correct, it was due late December
But given that a lot of businesses/companies close down in late December and for the first week in January, a 2 week delay is more than acceptable.
Would you prefer the resource upgrade be on the last day or 2 of trading in 2018 while most of the investors and traders are basking in the sunshine with their family , not conducting any business until next week?
IMHO the wait is well warranted
