Stop the ridiculous posts on tax- its irrelevant and all OZ companies are under identical Tax legislations in this country. You post this on the FMG thread and babble about a multimillion tax bill on the potential 7.5 to 10 Billion revenue (depending on the Iron Ore Price) they will get for exporting 45 Million Tonnes P.A. and you will be laughed at quicker than I can squeeze a fart... unless you are an accountant (and I know many), the implications of company tax are far beyond the scope of a potential investor.

If you are fair dinkum, focus on things like JORC, Feasibility study, Scope Study, EPS, Cash at Bank, Resource Size, time frame to development, Brokers Reports, valuations etc... there is so much to read about. There is $400 Mill deal about to go through, with $260 Mill of that to be handed over in settlement.

Anyone can tell you that CASH IS KING in the current credit crisis. CFE is in a Fantastic Position atm. And somebody brought up this ridiculous topic about tax, who gives a rats about that? LOL.
