I sent an email yesterday to the effect that I would not like to see the share placement take place anywhere near the proposed Shaw report of $1.20 and this is the snippet of how MR composed his reply:

"...We have enough interest from a variety of sources to raise substantial funding at prices above the current share price."

I think that says it all, he knows what the company's worth, he's not going to let the market determine price as he's holding the cards, and he is strategically manoeuvring the company forward. dyor
