Jordan's post above recaps what Coleman originally stated.
I can't see Woodside paying Far anything for cops error. As Coleman mentioned there is no plan B but things may have changed. If so they would still have to be the highest bidder and I don't think far are going to twiddle their thumbs waiting for bids if they win PE imo.
