Personally I am not overly bothered as I hold for a much better SP. There are a few reasons that would suggest it may be bad timing. Also I think Pensador deal is dependent on the take off agreements. We maybe very close thanks to lisbon meeting and hint in the oil section of the "commodities basket" website announcement. Better to announce all at once and clean out some traders from registry.
