Meh, agree to disagree. The main items of data we will be waiting on is enviro studies (have to wait till spring to conduct this study I believe) and hydrology wells (must be in for minimum 12 months). The compleation and inclusion of this data into the MLA is what will take the time. If we released a DSO SS, its not goign to give us results form the above any quicker, which are required to obtain the ML = no disruption to production.
What im getting at, is the MLA approval is only going to be as quick as the longest taking item i.e. enviro studies and hydrology well data.
