Yes very creative. However I would be incredibly suprised if they could leap the environmental hurdles. Rather like trying to mine coral in the GBR to make lime for cement. Could have got away with it in 1908 but unlikely in 2008. Still if it excites the market and lets me sell my remaining DEG at less of a loss than present, who am I to argue!
